Keep On Keeping On Your working towards a goal, and everything seems to be going lovely and fine – like a walk in the park on a crisp summers day. And then bump! You hit a rock. Your energy decreases and you can’t seem to pin point where the slump came from. How do you keep on
keeping on, when you don’t feel like keeping on? In your head envision yourself in the place you would like to be in and hold that picture in your mind everyday for at least thirty minutes. Imagine with all your senses, the smell, the taste of it, the look, and the feel of it. Play pretend with your mind and pretend yourself into the goal that you are striving for as though your living in it already. The third step is to really throw yourself into your work, into your goal. Change something, anything. Change a system that you are doing that is taking you to your goal, or change the way you view your goal. Maybe you need to lighten up. But change something, and push with all your willpower against the block that is blocking you. Put some grunt into it, you can do it! And if all this fails (which I doubt it will) just remember that the time will pass. You have two choices; you can carry on working toward your goal. OR You can give up. Either way the time is going to pass, it is up to you to choose which path you take while the time is passing. God bless. Below is a recipe for Sarah Liddle: Recipe for the coach 2 cups of a Love for
